中文摘要: 采用自制MWNT/ABS导电纳米复合材料耗材,借助3D打印方法制备了铜电解精炼阴极板及配套
电解槽,开展替代钛种板的研究。采用硫酸体系电解液进行电解精炼试验,得到致密均匀的面心立方晶系电解铜,沉积物剥离方便,且阴极板及电解槽结构具有可设计性。循环伏安分析表明,Cu2 在导电复合材料上可正常形核与生长,添加微量的明胶以及硫脲后电解铜的表面更加均匀平整,晶粒尺寸变小。
Abstract:Conductive MWNT/ABS composite cathode and matching electrolytic cell were fabricated by 3D printing to substitute normal titanium substrate cathode. Obtained in copper sulfate electrolyte, compact and uniform copper layers of fcc crystal system could be easily peeled off from composite cathode. Structures of cathode and cell are designable. Cyclic voltammetric investigation suggests that nucleation and growth of copper are similar to those on metal cathodes, and additives of gelatin and thiourea can apparently reduce crystal size and make copper deposit uniform and compact.
