中文摘要: 介绍了7N01铝合金高速车辆车体型材的化学成分和质量要求,分析了7N01铝合金的特点和熔铸难点,研究了Φ472 mm 7N01铝合金圆铸锭熔铸的炉料添加技术、熔炼技术、炉内精炼技术和在线处理技术,确定了Φ472 mm 7N01铝合金圆铸锭的热顶铸造工艺参数。针对Φ472 mm 7N01铝合金圆铸锭熔铸中出现的铸造缺陷,分析了其原因、制定并实施了应对措施,生产出了满足高速车辆车体型材挤压要求的高品质Φ472 mm 7N01铝合金圆铸锭。

Abstract:Chemical composition and quality requirement of 7N01 aluminum alloy for high speed vehicle body profiles were introduced. Characteristics of 7N01 aluminum alloy and its difficulties to be melted & casted were analyzed. Addition technology of charges, smelting technology, furnace refining technology, and in-line treatment technology of Φ472 mm 7N01 aluminum alloy round ingot were investigated. Hot top casting process parameters of Φ472 mm 7N01 aluminum alloy round ingot were determined. Causes of casting defects in Φ472 mm 7N01 aluminum alloy round ingot were analyzed, and some corresponding measurements were determined and carried out. High quality Φ472 mm 7N01 aluminum alloy round ingot is produced to meet extrusion of high speed vehicle body profiles.
