中文摘要: 金隆闪速炉初始设计精矿处理量44万t,目前已达到130万t以上。随着精矿处理能力的加大,以及受原料市场精矿S/Cu比的不断提高,炉体反应塔、三角区、沉淀池顶与侧墙等部位热负荷不断提升,维持炉体系统的高负荷生产与热平衡的炉体冷却系统成为历次改造的工作重点。本文介绍了金隆闪速炉自投产后炉体冷却单元的改进与优化。
Abstract:Copper concentrate capacity is improved from original design capacity of 440 kt/a to 1 300 kt/a. Improvement of furnace cooling system, which supports the balance between high concentrate load and furnace heat loads in reaction shaft, settler roof and side wall, R/S-settler joint area, is of significance in every plant repair periods, as a result of increased concentrate treatment capacity and raised S/Cu concentrate. The development and improvement in furnace cooling system is presented.
