中文摘要: 研究了从布袋灰中提取有价金属的新工艺。采用碳酸钠焙烧—水洗法从布袋灰中除砷,考察了碳酸钠用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对除砷率的影响。结果表明,在25 g碳酸钠/50 g布袋灰、600 ℃焙烧2 h的条件下得到的焙砂经水洗后,水洗渣含砷仅为0.15%,除砷率可达99.85%,此时锌、铜的损失率仅为0.5%。除砷水洗渣提取有价金属的最佳浸出条件为:硫酸浓度1.23 mol/L、浸出温度90 ℃、浸出时间1.5 h,在此条件下锌浸出率达98.53%,铜浸出率达97.65%。浸出液中的锌、铜可采用加入过量氢氧化钠的方法得到分离,浸出渣中的铅、锡可加入碳进行还原熔炼得到铅锡合金。
Abstract:A new process to extract valuable metals from bag dust was studied. Arsenic was removed by roasting with sodium carbonate and water-washing. Effects of dosage of sodium carbonate, roasting temperature and roasting time on arsenic removal were investigated. The results show that arsenic in washed slag is only 0.15% with removal rate of 99.85% and loss rate of zinc and copper is only 0.5% under the conditions including bag dust of 50 g, sodium carbonate dosage of 25 g, roasting at 600 ℃ for 2 h. Leaching rate of zinc and copper from water-washing residue is 98.53% and 97.65% respectively under the optimum conditions including concentration of sulfuric acid of 1.23 mol/L, leaching temperature of 90 ℃, and leaching time of 1.5 h. Zinc and copper can be separated by adding excess sodium hydroxide. Lead and tin in leaching slag can be received as Pb-Sn alloy by reduction smelting with carbon addition.
