中文摘要: 研究不同吸附条件下新型螯合树脂Monophos对硫酸钴溶液中痕量铁的吸附效果,从热力学角度分析了树脂的吸附机理。结果表明,Monophos吸附除铁后,初始料液中痕量铁的浓度分别从1.1~2.1 mg/L降至0.4~0.9 mg/L,铁脱除率可达57%~63%。Monophos对料液中铁的吸附为自发的物理吸附,更符合Langmiur等温吸附模型,随着吸附温度的升高,Monophos对料液中杂质铁的吸附更充分。
Abstract:Adsorption effect of new chelating resin Monophos on trace iron in cobalt sulfate solution was studied under different adsorption conditions. Adsorption mechanism of resin was analyzed from thermodynamics. The results show that after iron adsorption with Monophos, concentration of trace iron in initial material drops from 1.1~2.1 mg/L to 0.4~0.9 mg/L with iron removal rate of 57%~63%. Adsorption process of Monophos on solution of Fe is closely consistent with Langmiur adsorption isotherm model. Adsorption process of Fe impurities in liquid is a spontaneous and endothermic physical adsorption. Adsorption of Monophos on iron impurities in liquid is more effective with rise of adsorption temperature.
