中文摘要: 对比研究了多种偶联剂对有机化改性赤泥微粉吸油值和活化指数的影响,确定了最优改性剂及最佳改性条件。结果表明,复合偶联剂FH-1(NDZ-101与DL-411-D复合)对赤泥的改性效果最佳,最佳改性条件为:复合偶联剂使用量为赤泥质量的1.0%~1.2%、在120~150 ℃改性0.5~1 h。改性后的赤泥吸油值100 g粉体低于30 mL,活化指数95%~97%,可作为无机矿物填料用于有机复合材料的制备。
Abstract:Effects of several coupling agents on oil absorption value and active index of organizing modification red mud powder were comparatively studied to obtain the optimum coupling agent and its usage conditions. The experimental results show that FH-1(NDZ-101 DL-411-D) compound coupling agent has the best modified effect on red mud. The optimum modification conditions include dosage of FH-1 of 1.0%~1.2% of red mud mass, modification temperature of 120~150 ℃, and modification time of 0.5~1 h. The modified red mud with oil absorption of 30 mL below per 100 g powder and activation index of 95%~97% can be used as inorganic mineral filler to prepare organic composite materials.
