中文摘要: 以纤维素、淀粉为还原剂,在特制高压反应釜内反应4 h,探讨原料配比、还原温度及固液比对还原Fe2O3的影响,并借助XRD及SEM等分析了不同还原条件下还原产物的微观形貌及物相组成。结果表明,在Fe2O3粉末、氢氧化钠、淀粉用量分别为50%、25%、25%,温度310 ℃、固液比3︰20、搅拌速度420 r/min的条件下,最高还原率为97%。
Abstract:Effects of raw materials ratio, reduction temperature and ratio of solid to liquid on reduction of Fe2O3 were investigated in special high-pressure reactor for 4 h applying cellulose and starch as reductant respectively. Microstructure and phase composition of the reduction products under different reduction conditions were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the highest reduction rate is 97% under the conditions including mass ratio of Fe2O3 powder, sodium hydroxide, and starch dosage of 50%, 25%, and 25%, temperature of 310 ℃, ratio of solid to liquid of 3︰20, and stirring speed of 420 r/min.
