中文摘要: 在还原温度1 360 ℃、还原时间3 h、球团氧化钙配比7% 的条件下，研究球团配碳比对红土镍矿回转窑直接还原生产粒状镍铁工艺中镍铁颗粒团聚长大的影响。结果表明，球团配碳比最佳值为2，此时还原产品镍铁颗粒粒径80%以上大于1 mm。球团配碳比偏低或偏高都不利于镍铁颗粒的团聚长大。球团配碳比偏低，还原产品无镍铁颗粒生成；球团配碳比偏高，生成的镍铁颗粒粒径过小。
Abstract:The effect of C/O ratio of pelletizing on characteristics of grain growth of ferronickel in direct reduction of laterite with rotary kiln was studied on the conditions that reduction temperature was 1 360 ℃, reduction time was 3 h, and CaO/ore ratio of palletizing was 7%. The results indicated that the optimal C/O ratio was 2, based on the reducing conditions, and more than 80% grain size of ferronickel was greater than 1 mm. It was not favorable for metal phase agglomeration and growth when C/O ratio was too high or too low. There was no grain of ferronickel generated when C/O ratio was relatively low andthe grain size of ferronickel was too small when C/O ratio was relatively high.
