中文摘要: 大多数氧化铝生产工序的能耗与换热设备传热效率的高低有密切关系。分析了氧化铝生产过程中的传热和传质特征。结合生产实测数据,对氧化铝生产中典型换热设备的传热系数进行研究,为设计、生产提供了理论基础。
Abstract:The level of energy consumption in most processes of alumina production has a close relationship to heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger. Heat transfer and mass transfer characteristics in the process of alumina production were analyzed. Heat transfer coefficient of typical equipment in alumina production was studied with the actual measured data in production, the result of which could provide the theoretic base for design and production.
