中文摘要: 研究了随炉冷却和空冷两种冷却方式对新型石榴石结构固态电解质Li6BaLa2Ta2O12导电性能的影响。综合运用XRD、SEM、EIS、6Li-MAS-NMR对试样进行表征。结果表明,合成物基本都为石榴石结构;随炉冷却试样烧结粉末中有团聚现象;提高冷却速度可以提高试样的导电性能,降低电导活化能。试样中存在两种位置不同的离子,LiO4四面体间隙和LiO6八面体间隙。冷却速度较快的试样中可动锂离子数目较多,导电性较好。
Abstract:Effect of the cooling methods on conductivity of Li6BaLa2Ta2O12 prepared by conventional solid state reaction procedure was studied. Samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, 6Li-MAS-NMR and ionic conductivity measurement. The results showed that there was a single phase oxides with garnet-like structure. There was a non-uniform microstructure in the sample prepared by slower cooling due to agglomeration. The ionic conductivity increased with increasing speed of cooling, while activation energy decreased with increasing cooling speed. There were two kinds of lithium ion in samples, octahedral sites and tetrahedral sites respectively. There was more mobile lithium ion in the sample cooled under a faster speed, with better conductivity performance than in the sample cooled in oven.
