中文摘要: 对高钛渣进行了化学分析和XRD分析,通过一系列工艺流程的试验探索,得到了以高钛渣为原料制备人造金红石TiO2-1的工艺。研究表明,加压浸出、强化焙烧—浸出工艺制备出的人造金红石TiO2品位大于92%,满足YS/T299-2010规定TiO2-1的要求,可为氯化钛白工艺提供优质的人造金红石原料。而直接浸出、还原焙烧—浸出、氧化焙烧—浸出难以满足其要求。

Abstract:High titanium slag was analyzed in terms of its chemical composition and XRD. The process for preparing TiO2-1 grade artificial rutile from high titanium slag was obtained by means of a series of exploration tests. The results show that pressure leaching and enhanced roasting-leaching process could prepare artificial rutile with over 92% TiO2 content from high-titanium slag, which meets TiO2-1 requirement of YS/T299-2010, as a result, it can be used as the superior raw materials for chloride titanium white production. In addition, some other methods were studied, such as direct leaching, reducing roasting-leaching, oxidizing roasting-leaching and so on, through which the grade of TiO2 was less than 90%.
