中文摘要: 研究了砷碱渣中锑和砷的分离及过程动力学。采用正交试验考察了砷碱渣水热浸出时固液比、搅拌速度、浸出温度以及时间对砷浸出率的影响。结果表明,浸出砷的最佳条件为:固液比1∶4、浸出温度 90 ℃、搅拌速度600 r/min、浸出时间60 min。砷浸出过程动力学方程为 ,反应活化能666.57 kJ/mol,属于化学反应控制。
Abstract:The leaching kinetics and separation of antimony and arsenic from arsenic alkali residue were studied. The effects of solid/liquid ratio, stirring velocity, temperature and time on arsenic leaching rate were investigated with the orthogonal test. The results show that the optimum conditions include solid/liquid ratio of 1∶4, temperature of 90 ℃, stirring velocity of 600 r/min, and time of 60 min. The kinetic equation can be expressed as . The activation energy for arsenic leaching is 666.57 kJ/mol based on a chemical reaction-controlled process.
