中文摘要: 对钡盐脱硫渣火法合成铝酸钡进行了热力学分析,并探讨其合成的最优条件。试验结果表明:在焙烧时间80 min、焙烧温度1 400 ℃、Al2O3/BaO分子比1.1的条件下,合成率可达96%,合成铝酸钡用于脱硫剂循环利用,脱硫率可达80%。
Abstract:The thermodynamic characteristics of synthesizing barium aluminate using barium salt of desulfurization slag were analyzed, and the optimum conditions in the reaction process were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal synthesis conditions for the roasting time was 80 min, the roasting temperature was 1 400 ℃ and molecular proportion of Al2O3/BaO was 1.1. The efficiency of synthesis was 96%, the synthesized barium aluminate could be used as desulfuratingagent for cycling utilization, and the rate of desulfurization was 80%.
