中文摘要: 利用有限元软件ANSYS具有的多重单元、多重属性的特点,建立了四阳极熔盐制钠电解槽的电极及熔体整体三维电场数学模型。对电解槽不同极间距的电场进行了数值模拟,得出了电解槽的电位及电流密度分布规律,模拟结果与现场极间距0.206 m的生产电解槽比较吻合,可为熔盐制钠电解槽优化设计提供参考。
Abstract:Three-dimensional electric field mathematic models of anode and molten electrolyte as a whole in sodium electrolytic cell were established based on multiple elements and multiple properties of ANSYS software. The electric field with different anode distance was numerical simulated, and the voltage and currency density distribution on the surface of anode in sodium electrolytic cell were obtained, the results of simulation were coincided to the real electrolytic cell with 0.206 m anode distance, so it could provide the theoretical support for optimization design of sodium electrolytic cell.
