中文摘要: 以钼酸钠为钼源,草酸为还原剂,硫化钠为硫源,对微乳液法制备纳米二硫化钼工艺中的酸沉过程进行研究。主要考察酸沉方式、微乳液体系、加酸量及体系含水量对制备的二硫化钼粉末粒度及收率的影响。结果表明:采用TritonX100/异戊醇/正庚烷/H2O微乳液体系,加酸量为钼酸钠摩尔量的1.25倍,控制体系中水与表面活性剂的摩尔比为25,可得到分散性较好、尺寸均匀、平均粒径60 nm的球形二硫化钼粉末。
Abstract:The acid-precipitating process to prepare nano-MoS2 with Na2MoO4, H2C2O4, Na2S and HCl by microemulsion method was studied. The effects of acid-precipitating, microemulsion system, quantity of hydrochloric acid, water content on the particle size and yield of the product were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions in TritonX100/isoamyl alcohol/n-heptane/water microemulsion were that the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to Na2MoO4 was 1.25, the molar ratio of H2O to surface active agent was 25, by double microemulsion precipitating process. Under these optimal conditions, the molybdenum disulfide powder with good decentrality and average diameter of about 60 nm were obtained.
