中文摘要: 研究了“氧化还原—机械活化—盐酸浸出”的方法对钛铁矿中主要杂质离子铁离子浸出行为的影响,并采用XRD、SEM/EDS对处理前后的矿物结构进行分析。结果表明:经过氧化还原—活化处理,钛铁矿的物相明显发生改变,铁迁移至表面,形成了富铁的新表面,表面变得疏松、凹凸不平,出现了大量的微裂缝,铁浸出率有了显著的提高。
Abstract:The effect of oxidization-reduction-mechanical activation process on hydrochloric acid leaching behavior of iron of Panxi ilmenite was studied. The mineral microstructure was investigated by XRD, SEM/EDS, etc before and after activation treatment. The results indicate that the phase microstructure and surface morphology of ilmenite are changed obviously after activation treatment; the surface of ilmenite becomes loose with micro-fissures. Iron migrates to the surface and its leaching rate is increased significantly.
