中文摘要: 将钠还原原生一次粒子采用搅拌预团化、高温热处理凝聚团化、氢化制粉以及镁还原脱氢脱氧等工艺处理,制备出松装密度大于3.0 g/cm3的金属钽粉。该方法制备金属钽粉的成本大幅下降,产品可广泛应用于合金添加剂和钽材加工。
Abstract:The metal tantalum powders with high apparent density (>3.0 g/cm3) was prepared from sodium reduction tantalum powders with the following processes including pre-conglomeration with stirring, high temperature heat treatment, hydrogenation, dehydrogenation and deoxidizing with magnesium reduction, etc. The preparation cost of metal tantalum powder is reduced significantly with the above processes. The product can be widely used as alloy additive and raw material for tantalum processing.
