中文摘要: 采用钠离子交换膜在氢氧化钠溶液中直接电解废铅酸蓄电池铅膏回收铅,考察了电解温度、阴极电流密度、氢氧化钠浓度、铅膏量等因素对电流效率和槽电压的影响。结果表明,最优工艺参数为:阴极电流密度585 A/m2、阴极电解液(NaOH)浓度15%、温度55 ℃,不锈钢阴极铅膏量25 g(铅膏层厚度8~10 mm)。在该条件下,电流效率可以达到91%。
Abstract:Lead was extracted by direct electrolysis process from lead paste of waste lead-acid batteries with sodium ionic exchange membrane in NaOH solution. The effects of electrolysis temperature, cathode current density, concentration of NaOH, and mass of lead paste on current efficiency and cell voltage were investigated. The results show that the current efficiency is 91% under the optimum parameters including cathode current density of 585 A/m2, temperature of 55 ℃, concentration of NaOH of 15%, and mass of lead paste of 25 g.
