中文摘要: 分别采用因子分析法和功率谱估计法对500 kA铝电解槽阳极磁场数据和阳极电流信号进行分析,提取同一电解槽不同阳极导杆电流的频谱特征,并将分析结果与因子分析的磁场结果进行对比。结果表明,同一电解槽两侧的磁场呈不同分布状态,与立柱母线同侧的A侧磁场强度数据波动幅度大,其中靠近立柱母线的两根阳极导杆磁场强度较小;立柱母线对面的B侧磁场强度分布均匀。A侧阳极电流信号功率谱曲线2个主谱峰对应的频率分别为0.012 Hz、0.023 Hz,B侧阳极电流信号功率谱曲线主谱峰对应的频率为0.000 1 Hz。
Abstract:Power spectrum estimation and factor analysis were applied to analyze anodes magnetic field data and anodes current signal of 500 kA aluminum cell. The spectral characteristics in different anodes of the same aluminium cell were extracted, and compared with magnetic field date analysis results from factor analysis. The results show that magnetic field data on both sides of the same cell present different distribution. That is, magnetic field data of column bus on A side manifests a sharp fluctuation, while distributed in balance on B side, magnetic field strength of two anode conductors close to A-side column bus is weak. Two main elements from A-side magnetic field data and one main element from B-side were extracted based on factor analysis. The frequency of two main peaks in the signal power spectrum curve from A side anode current and that of the only one peak from B side anode current are 0.012 Hz, 0.023 Hz and 0.000 1 Hz, respectively.
