中文摘要: 详细介绍了金隆铜业开发的闪速炉半热态检修技术,并于2010年8月利用19天的热态检修时间,完成了对反应塔下方三角区、反应塔出口沉淀池顶、沉淀池前部三面墙侧墙部分检修更换工作。检修工作量大约是冷修的50%,但比2005年冷态检修节约30天,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:The half hot repair technology for flash furnace developed by Jinlong Copper Co, Ltd was introduced in detail. The technology was used to maintain and replace bricks in triangle section under the reaction tower, the settler’s roof at the tower exit and three side-walls in front of the settler in august 2010. It took only 19 days to complete all the work. With the efficient half hot state repair technology, workload can be reduced by nearly 50% and time spent is 30 days shorter than that in cold-state repair. Good economic and social benefits are achieved.
