中文摘要: 采用氧化酸浸—碱烧—水浸工艺处理某废旧高温合金粉末得到钽、铌、锆富集渣,然后经“分步浸出—萃取分离—离子交换除杂—氢氧化钠沉淀”制取五氧化二钽。结果表明,回收提纯的五氧化二钽可达到YS/T427-2000国标要求。
Abstract:Tantalum, niobium and zirconium enriched slag was obtained from waste superalloy powder by processes of oxidation acid leaching, alkali roasting and water leaching. Tantalum pentoxide is prepared from this slag by processes of step-by-step leaching, extraction separation, ion exchange, and precipitating with sodium hydroxide. The results show that the prepared tantalum pentoxide can meet the requirement of national standard of YS/T427-2000.
