中文摘要: 介绍了铝用阳极焙烧生产中实施重油改用天然气的能源结构调整情况,实施“油改气”技术,解决了重油容易结焦、受温度影响流动性变差、质量变化对生产影响的系列问题,有利于降低成本、改善生产工艺条件和环境。
Abstract:Adjustment of energy structure to substitute heavy oil by natural gas in production of aluminum anode baking was introduced. The technology to convert oil to gas was applied so as to address a series of problems including occurrence of coking on heavy oil, poor fluidity and poor quality under influence of temperature. Cost reduction and improvement of manufacturing technique and environment are achieved with application of the technology.
