中文摘要: 分别通过水解法和黄钠铁矾法进行酸性溶液中铁的析出分离试验。结果表明,采用水解法铬铁分离效果不佳。采用黄钠铁矾法可有效脱除铬铁矿硫酸浸出液中的铁,在溶液pH=-0.87、165 ℃加入适量晶种后,铁的脱除率接近100%,铬的损失率低于7%,铬铁分离效果良好。
Abstract:The precipitation of iron from acidic solution was investigated by means of hydrolysis method and sodium jarosite method respectively. The results show that hydrolysis method is ineffective while sodium jarosite method can remove iron in acidic solution. The precipitation rate of iron is close to 100% and the loss rate of chromium is 7% below in laboratory test the conditions of pH=-0.87, 165 ℃ with addition of seed crystal of sodium jarosite.
