中文摘要: 采用合金碎化技术,实现了硝酸快速完全溶解贵金属多元合金废料中钯、银、铜等,实现了合金废料中银、钯与金、铂的高效彻底分离;采用硝酸盐蒸发热分解技术,实现了银与钯的高效彻底分离;采用控制溶液酸度、水合肼还原法实现了金与铂的高效彻底分离。合金废料中的钯、银回收率均达99%以上,金、铂回收率均达98%以上,其纯金属品位均达99.95%以上。

Abstract:Palladium, silver and copper in precious metals multi-component waste alloy were dissolved with nitric acid by fragmentation technology. Complete and high efficient separation of silver and palladium with gold and platinum was realized. Silver was completely and high efficient separated with palladium by nitrate evaporation and thermal-decomposition. Gold was completely and high efficient separated with platinum by controlling solution’s acidity and hydrazine hydrate reduction. The recovery of palladium, silver, gold, and platinum was >99% >99%, >98% and >98% with purity of pure metal of 99.95% above.
