中文摘要: 通过测量铝电解槽阳极电流产生的磁场来反映电流,并且使用屏蔽磁环屏蔽掉邻近的阳极、立柱母线、水平母线和跨接母线产生的干扰磁场。最后通过试验和COMSOL仿真,验证屏蔽磁环的可行性,实现电流分布连续监测。该测量方法简单,测量结果精确。
Abstract:Magnetic field generated by anode current of aluminum electrolytic cell was measured to reflect current distribution. Interference magnetic field from adjacent anode, vertical post busbar, horizontal busbar and bridging busbar was shielded by shielded copper block. The feasibility of shielded copper block was verified by experiment and COMSOL simulation. This measuring method is simple with accurate measuring results.
