中文摘要: 采用D2EHPA对高铁硫酸锌溶液中的铟进行萃取,考察了萃取剂浓度、混合时间、相比、温度、料液酸度对铟萃取率的影响。结果表明,在D2EHPA浓度20%、混合时间2 min、相比(O/A)=1/10、温度20 ℃、料液酸度30 g/L的最佳条件下,经过两级逆流萃取,料液中的铟萃取率达到98.5%以上。

Abstract:Indium was extracted from zinc sulfate solution containing high concentration of iron by D2EHPA. The effects of D2EHPA concentration, mixing time, phase ratio, temperature, and acidity of feed liquid on indium extraction rate were investigated. The results show that indium extraction rate is 98.5% above after 2-stage countercurrent extraction under the optimum conditions including D2EHPA concentration of 20%, mixing time of 2 min, phase ratio of O/A=1/10, temperature of 20 ℃, and acidity of feed liquid of 30 g/L.
