中文摘要: 采用氧化焙烧—还原熔炼工艺对某高铜高砷金精矿进行研究。结果表明,该金精矿在800 ℃氧化焙烧2 h得到的氧化焙砂,在SiO2添加量35%,无烟煤添加量8%,1 450 ℃还原熔炼60 min时,渣计铜回收率95.70%,渣计金回收率99.62%。还原熔炼过程中,硫、砷主要富集在合金中。
Abstract:Oxidative roasting-reduction smelting tests were carried out on high copper & arsenic gold concentrate. The results show that calcine produced by oxidizing roasting of gold concentrate at 800 ℃ for 2 h was reduction smelted at 1 450 ℃ for 60 min with addition of 35% of SiO2 and 8% of anthracite. Copper recovery is 95.70% and gold recovery is 99.62%. Sulfur and arsenic are mainly concentrated in alloy during reduction smelting process.
