      针对国内某镍冶炼厂镍始极片加工过程的智能化、绿色化、快速化的加工要求,对镍始极片的钉耳环节进行了优化设计。分析了钉耳环节中掉耳的原因,创新设计了补钉模式的加工方法,即将始极片放入钉耳进工位,系统自动补钉左耳,并且对钉耳时的压紧力进行仿真分析,选取最优解。同时对送耳环节也进行了优化,结合上料方便和安全性考虑,通过机械手正反翻面,确保放上的始极片均为左边缺耳。试运行结果表明,优化后的钉耳装置加工出的始极片,其合格率得到极大提高,掉耳率由5%左右降为0。
英文摘要:
      To meet requirement of intelligent, green and rapid processing of nickel starting sheet in one nickel smelter, optimal design of nail ear of nickel starting sheet was carried out. Causes of rate drop of ear were analyzed. A new nailing mode processing method is designed, i.e, nickel starting sheet is put into working position of nailing ear, left ears are automatically added, and pressing force during ear nailing is simulated analyzed to confirm the best solution. Meanwhile, ear feeding step is also optimized. With consideration of convenience and feeding safety, all left side of nickel starting sheets missing the ear are ensured through plate turn-over by manipulator. The pilot results show that ear dropping rate drops from 5% to 0 after optimization.
