      对辉钼矿在微波场中的升温特性进行了研究,考查物料厚度、物料量和温度对产品得率的影响。结果表明,辉钼矿具有良好的吸波特性;随着物料厚度的增加,产品得率先增加后减小,物料量增大时产品得率增大,而温度提高时,得率先增加后减小。微波焙烧辉钼矿制备三氧化钼的最佳条件为:物料厚度3 cm、物料量60 g、温度为800 ℃。升高温度,产品晶体的纯度提升,晶体成型更为明显,结构更为规整。微波焙烧辉钼矿制备三氧化钼是可行的。
英文摘要:
      Temperature rising properties of molybdenite in microwave field were studied. Effects of material thickness, material mass and temperature on product yield were discussed. The results indicate that molybdenite has good microwave absorption properties. Product yield rises first and drops later with increase of material thickness and temperature. Product yield rises with increase of material mass. The optimum preparation conditions include material thickness of 3 cm, material mass of 60 g, and temperature of 800 ℃. Increasing temperature is favorable to improve product purity with more obvious crystal forming and more regular crystal structure. It is feasible to prepare molybdenum trioxide crystal from molybdenite by microwave roast.
