中文摘要: 针对某工程500 kA铝电解槽支承主梁结构形式的方案优选,采用综合评价法定量分析后,得出对于大跨度支承主梁采用箱型梁结构形式更加合理。分析计算了主梁所承受的载荷,并对主梁危险截面进行了校核计算,最后,利用ANSYS-Workbench有限元仿真平台进行模拟校核计算。结果表明,主梁的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足设计要求。
Abstract:In order to find an optimized supporting method for a main girder structure of a 500 kA aluminum electrolysis cell, the comprehensive evaluation method and quantitative analysis are used, and it is concluded that the box girder structure is more reasonable for the long-span support main girder. This thesis also analyzes and calculates load on the main beam and checks the dangerous section of the main beam. The ANSYS-Workbench finite element simulation platform is used to simulate the calculation. The results show that the strength, stiffness and stability of the main beam meet the design requirements.
