      低锗单宁锗采用“盐酸+盐浸出脱杂—三段水逆流洗涤—煅烧”工艺可以明显提高锗精矿的品质。在液固比(4.0~4.5)︰1、浸出脱杂温度40~60 ℃、浸出脱杂时间120~180 min时,杂质Ca、Pb、Zn和Fe脱除率分别约为90%、95%、92%和80%,脱杂单宁锗中含Ge约4%,产率约45%。煅烧产率约15%,Ge收率>95%,煅烧锗精矿含Ge约27%。
英文摘要:
      It’s possible to upgrade germanium concentrate of low tannic acid germanium by leaching impurity with HCl+NaCl solution, three-sections water countercurrent washing and calcination. Germanium concentration in tannic acid germanium after impurity leaching and washing is about 4% with production rate of about 45% and impurity removal rates is Ca ~90%, Pb 95%, Zn 92% and Fe 80% under the conditions including L/S=(4.0~4.5)︰1, leaching temperature of 40~60 ℃, and leaching time of 120~180 min. Germanium content in calcination concentrate is about 27%, and germanium concentrate yield rate is about 15% with germanium recovery rate of 95% above.
