中文摘要: 以实际生产情况为依据,对蒸馏通道堵塞的影响因素进行了系统分析,并提出了具体改进措施。结果表明,蒸馏通道堵塞的主要原因有真空系统能力不足、喷淋水温度控制不合理、系统气密性差、设备故障和蒸馏负荷大。控制真空蒸馏过程真空度小于4 Pa、蒸馏阶段喷淋水温度控制在合理范围可有效降低蒸馏通道堵塞率。
Abstract:Influence factors of distillation channel blockage were investigated based on actual production status. Improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the main reasons for vacuum distillation channels blockage include insufficiency vacuum system ability, unreasonable spray water temperature control system, mediocre system tightness, high load and distillation equipment failure caused by power. Channels blockage rate can be effectively reduced by maintaining vacuum degree of 4 Pa below and spray water of distillation stage between 47.5~52.5 ℃ in distillation process.
