      研究水混碱料比对碱焙烧水酸洗工艺回收废汽车催化剂中铂族金属(PGMs)、稀土和铝等的影响。按碱料比0.8加碱焙烧溶解后,PGMs富集9.97倍,水洗液中铈回收率大于68%,洗液中Al、Si含量大于10 g/L,可用于制备聚合硫酸铝硅絮凝剂。
英文摘要:
      Effects of ratio of soda to material with water mixing on recovery of PGMs, RE and aluminum from spent auto-catalyst by roasting with soda and water leaching process were investigated. PGMs are enriched 9.97 times and cerium recovery is 68% above after roasted with soda and leached with water. Content of Al and Si in water washing solution is 10 g/L above, which can be used to prepare polyaluminium sulfate flocculant.
