中文摘要: 综述了热解技术在废线路板处理中的研究现状,以及常用热解设备结构、工作原理、各自优缺点和应用于废线路板热解的研究现状,论述了常压惰性气体热解技术、真空热解技术、熔融盐热解技术、催化热解技术等在废线路板热解中的研究进展,对现有工业化生产的钢带炉、多膛炉及回转窑热解装置进行了重点介绍,探讨了废线路板热解技术及热解装置目前应解决的问题和今后的研究方向。
Abstract:Research status of pyrolysis technology in treatment of waste circuit boards and structure of common pyrolysis equipment, working principle, their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Progress of atmospheric pressure inert gas pyrolysis technology, vacuum pyrolysis technology, molten salt pyrolysis technology and catalytic pyrolysis technology in pyrolysis of waste circuit boards were discussed. Steel belt furnace, multiple hearth furnace and rotary kiln pyrolysis commonly used in industrial production were mainly introduced. The problems to be solved and future research directions of waste circuit board pyrolysis technology and pyrolysis device were discussed.
