      为探究Keggin离子改性凹凸棒土用于去除水溶液中Zn(Ⅱ),采用XRD、SEM、AFM、TG和XPS技术对改性土进行表征,并利用等温吸附、动力学及热力学方程对其吸附机制进行研究。结果显示,改性土于2?为13.7°、19.9°和27.6°对应衍射面为(200)、(040)和(400)处出现了凹凸棒土的特征衍射峰。SEM分析显示其形貌为棒晶及棒晶束之间形成的聚集体。AFM表征显示该材料表面粗糙度为32.3 nm。热重分析表明改性土表面仅有少量有机物。XPS谱图分析显示Zn(Ⅱ)已成功被吸附到改性土表面上,该过程并未发生氧化还原反应。改性凹凸棒土吸附水溶液中Zn(Ⅱ)是一个自发、吸热及熵驱动的过程。采用Keggin离子改性凹凸棒土制成的廉价吸附剂可用于去除水溶液中Zn(Ⅱ)。

      In order to explore Keggin ion modified attapulgite to remove Zn(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions, the modified materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, AFM, TG and XPS. Its adsorption mechanisms were studied by adsorption isothermal, kinetics and thermodynamics equation. The results show that the characteristic diffraction peaks of attapulgite appear on corresponding diffraction planes (200), (040) and (400) of the modified materials at 2?=13.7°, 19.9° and 27.6°, respectively. SEM analysis shows that its morphology is aggregates formed between rod crystals and rod bundles. Surface roughness of material is 32.3 nm represented by AFM. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that only a small amount of organic matter exist on surface of modified materials. XPS analysis shows that Zn(Ⅱ) is successfully adsorbed on surface of the modified materials, and no redox reaction occurred during reaction process. Adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions by modified attapulgite is a spontaneous, endothermic and entropy-driven process. Attapulgite modified by Keggin ion as a cheap adsorbent can be used to remove Zn(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions.
