      考察锌粉置换渣硫酸熟化浸出中,浓硫酸与置换渣酸矿体积质量比、熟化温度、熟化时间、浸出酸度对锌粉置换渣主金属镓、锗、铜、锌浸出率及浸出渣过滤性能的影响。结果表明,硫酸熟化可以解决锌粉置换渣常规浸出时硅胶造成过滤困难的问题,同时镓、铜、锌浸出率达到97%以上,锗浸出率达到70%以上,浸出渣经火法1 000 ℃以上高温还原挥发,锗挥发率达到85%以上。

      Effects of ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid volume to mass of replacement residue, curing temperature, curing time and leaching acidity on extraction of Ga, Ge, Cu and Zn and filtration property during sulfuric acid curing leaching of zinc powder replacement residue were investigated. The results show that sulfuric acid curing can solve problem of difficult filtration caused by silica gel in conventional leaching of zinc powder replacement slag. Meanwhile, extraction rate of Ga, Cu and Zn is all 97% above, and Ge extraction rate is 70% above. Volatilization rate of Ge is 85% above when leaching residue is reduced and volatilized at 1 000 ℃ above.
