中文摘要: 二次资源循环利用是缓解资源供需矛盾、节能减排的重要途径。针对主要二次资源种类,综述了国内外技术发展现状,并展望了未来发展趋势。我国在二次资源循环利用领域起步晚,在回收渠道、循环利用率、技术装备等方面与西方发达国家相比具有明显差距。例如,比利时Umicore公司采用Ausmelt顶吹技术可联合处理几十种二次资源和危废,西班牙拉法格技术可采用高品质杂铜实现直接拉杆,我国刚刚开始进行工业试验尝试,技术装备尚没有完全掌握。未来在原生与再生资源协同冶炼、联合体冶炼、高温熔融无害化方面是发展趋势。
Abstract:Secondary resources are key to solve contradiction between supply and demand of resources, and energy saving and emission reduction. Technical status of main secondary resources recycling was summarized and future development was prospected. Metal recycling was started much later in China compared with that in developed countries. There are significant gap in recovery channel, recycling rate and technologies and equipment between China and developed countries. For example, Umicore Company in Belgium applies Ausmelt technology to treat copper concentrate combined with dozens of secondary resources and hazardous wastes. FRHC technology developed by La Farga Lacambra Spain can direct produce low oxygen containing copper rod by high grade copper scraps. In these fields, China just starts demonstration tests and without firm hold of technology and equipment. In the future, co-smelting with primary and secondary resources, complex smelting and harmlessness by high temperature melting are the main trends.
