中文摘要: 采用常压-氧压两段逆流碱浸工艺高效脱除高砷铅阳极泥中的砷。研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、氧气压力、氢氧化钠浓度等对砷脱除率的影响。确定最佳常压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5 mL/g、浸出温度80 ℃、浸出时间0.5 h;最佳氧压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5 mL/g、氢氧化钠浓度130 g/L、氧压浸出温度140 ℃、氧压浸出时间4.0 h、氧气压力1.0 MPa、搅拌速度600 r/min。在上述条件下,砷脱除率可达99.0%以上。
Abstract:Arsenic-rich lead anode slime was treated by atmospheric-pressure two stage countercurrent alkaline leaching for high-efficient leaching of arsenic. Effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, oxygen pressure, and sodium hydroxide concentration on arsenic removal rate were studied. Arsenic removal rate is 99% above under the optimum conditions of atmospheric alkaline leaching including liquid-solid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 0.5 h. The optimum oxygen pressure alkaline leaching conditions include liquid-solid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g, sodium hydroxide concentration of 130 g/L, oxygen pressure leaching temperature of 140 ℃, oxygen pressure leaching time of 4.0 h, oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa, and stirring speed of 600 r/min.
