中文摘要: 电解沉积是湿法冶金生产的重要工序,电积系统中阳极的组成和性质直接决定电积的能耗和产品质量。尺寸稳定型钛阳极作为一种在铜、锌电解沉积条件下具有高催化活性及稳定性的电极,具有重要研究与应用价值。对尺寸稳定型钛阳极的制备、钛基体的表面处理、活性氧化物涂层的选择、析氧催化机理,及其在铜、锌、钴、镍的电解沉积中的应用等进行综述,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Abstract:Electrowinning is an important procedure in terms of hydrometallurgy. Energy consumption of electrowinning and quality of product are directly influenced by composition and properties of anode. Dimensionally stable anode (DSA) has significant potential as result of its high OER activity and stability during copper or zinc electrowinning. This research reports DSA in terms of treatment of Ti substrate, choice of active coating, oxygen evolution reaction mechanism, and application of DSA in electrowinning process of copper, zinc, cobalt and nickel. Research direction of DSA in the future is outlooked.
