中文摘要: 目前对于晶硅光伏组件中硅材料的提纯回收尚处于试验阶段,所用原料仅为10 g左右,对于光伏电池中的硅材料提纯产业化的指导作用有限。通过简易硅材料提纯设备,对质量为3 kg左右的光伏电池碎片进行产业化提纯工艺试验,确定了利用10%氢氧化钠与电池颗粒反应15 min,30%硝酸与电池颗粒反应60 min,30%氢氟酸与电池颗粒反应15 min的化学方法对硅材料进行提纯,当提纯硅材料的粒度为1~4 mm时,提纯效果最佳,且能够保证硅材料回收率在90%左右。提纯后的硅材料中杂质含量满足工业硅粉对杂质含量的要求,且纯度在99.9%以上,能够用于多晶硅生产。
Abstract:At present, purification and recovery of silicon materials in crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) modules are still at experimental stage, and raw materials used are only about 10 g, which has limited guidance for industrialization of silicon material purification in photovoltaic cells. In this experiment, industrial purification process of photovoltaic cell fragments with mass of about 3 kg was carried out by using a simple silicon purification equipment. The optimum purification process of chemical method include reaction time of battery particles of 15 min with 10% sodium hydroxide acid, 60 min with 30% nitric acid, and 15 min with 30% hydrofluoric acid. When particle size of purified silicon material is 1—4 mm, purification effect is the best, and recovery rate of silicon material is about 90%. Impurity content of purified silicon material can meet requirement of impurity content of industrial silicon powder, and purity is over 99.9%, which can be used in production of polysilicon.
