中文摘要: 工业上水浸液通过P507转型多采用一步转型的工艺,得到的混合氯化稀土非稀土杂质含量较高。通过改变工艺方式,采用模拟逆流串级等工艺制备混合氯化稀土,考察反萃液中非稀土杂质含量的变化。研究结果证明,采用逆流串级工艺,当萃取混合时间大于9 min,料液酸度在pH=4,洗涤液酸度pH=1.5,反萃相比为20,反萃液酸度为6 mol/L时,反萃液中Mn4+、Zn2+、SO42-、Mg2+、Ca2+的含量较原工艺下降50%以上。
Abstract:One step transition process was frequently used in transformation of infusion through P507, but content of non-rare earth impurity in mixed rare earth chloride was higher. Mixed rare earth chloride was prepared by simulation of countercurrent cascade extraction, and changes of content of non-rare earth impurity in reverse extraction solution were investigated. The results show that contents of Mn4+, Zn2+, SO42-, Mg2+ and Ca2+ in extraction solution drop by more than 50% compared with original extraction process under the conditions including extraction mixing time of 9 min above, pH value of extraction solution of 4, pH value of acidity of washing solution of 1.5, stripping volume ratio of 20, and extraction solution of 6 mol/L.
