中文摘要: 在金冠铜业闪速熔炼高强度生产条件下,从反应塔不同高度上在线提取高温悬浮物料的水冷试样进行系列检测分析,研究了精矿粒子在反应塔中氧化、脱硫、熔化的过程,以及粒子的化学组成、物相组成、粒径沿反应塔轴向和径向的变化等,分析了这些过程和变化对闪速炉炉况的影响,最后对控制闪速炉炉况、改进精矿喷嘴和炉体设计等提出了建议。
Abstract:Water-quenched samples taken from reaction shaft of Jinguanˊs flash furnace during its operation with high intensity were subjected to a series of analysis and observation. Such processes in reaction shaft as oxidation, desulfurization, melting, slag and matte formation, and variations of particle size along axial and radical direction of shaft were investigated. Effects of those processes and variations on furnace operation were discussed. Suggestions were given on furnace operation, design of concentrate burner and flash furnace, and etc.
