中文摘要: 铜冶炼烟尘清洁利用始终是铜冶金工业的主题之一,开发加压浸出技术能有效实现复杂烟尘综合利用目的,浸出渣的湿法脱硫与电解沉积对消除铅尘和铅蒸气排放具有重要意义。以碳酸钠为脱硫剂,对铜冶炼烟尘氧压浸出渣进行了转化脱硫与火法协同冶炼试验,探讨了操作参数对脱硫率的影响,确定了优化操作条件。在此基础上采用超声辅助强化脱硫,发现超声处理后渣粒径d0.5由22.36 μm降至10.88 μm,d0.9由101.06 μm降至72.58 μm,且颗粒比表面积由13.24 m2/g增加到15.89 m2/g,浸出渣脱硫率由76.61%增长到85.52%。富氧侧吹熔炼工业试验结果发现,铅直收率由浸出渣的77.13%增长到脱硫渣的89.13%,铜直收率由浸出渣的69.21%增长到脱硫渣的82.50%。
Abstract:Clean utilization of copper smelting dust is always one of the themes of copper metallurgy. Pressure leaching technology of copper smelting dust can effectively achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization. Hydrometallurgical desulfurization and electrolytic deposition of leaching residue are of great significance to eliminate emission of lead dust and lead vapor. Sodium carbonate was used as desulfurizer to carry out experiment of carbonate conversion desulfurization and pyrometallurgical processes. Effects of operation parameters on desulfurization rates were investigated, and the optimum operation conditions were determined. After ultrasonic treatment, particle size of d0.5 drops from 22.36 μm to 10.88 μm, d0.9 drops from 101.06 μm to 72.58 μm, and particle specific surface area rises from 13.24 m2/g to 15.89 m2/g. Desulfurization rate of leach residue rises from 76.61% to 85.52%. The results of oxygen-rich side blown bath smelting tests show that direct recovery of lead rises from 77.13% (leach residue) to 89.13% (desulfurized residue), and direct recovery of copper rises from 69.21% (leach residue) to 82.50% (desulfurized residue).
