中文摘要: 以钴中间品为原料,在鼓风氧化条件下,采用硫酸亚铁浸出钴中间品的钴,Fe2+能将Co3+还原为Co2+,同时,Fe2+与氧气作用生成FeOOH时产生酸,产生的酸可进一步浸出钴中间品。较优的工艺条件为:温度80 ℃、Fe/Co摩尔比1.05、液固比8、浸出时间3 h、鼓风量8 L/min、电位285 mV,在此条件下,Co浸出率达到99.7%。该方法无需加酸、碱、还原试剂,环境友好,为钴中间品原料的浸出探索了一条新的解决路径。
Abstract:Cobalt was leached from cobalt intermediate under condition of blast oxidation with ferrous sulfate. Fe2+ reduces Co3+ to Co2+, and Fe2+ reacts with oxygen to form FeOOH, meanwhile producing acid, which can further leach cobalt intermediate. Co leaching rate is 99.7% under the optimum conditions including temperature of 80 ℃, Fe/Co molar ratio of 1.05, L/S of 8, leaching time of 3h, air blowing volume rate of 8 L/min, and potential of 285 mV. This method is eco-friendly without using of acid, alkali, or reductant. It provides a new solution for leaching of cobalt intermediate and removing iron from ferrous leaching solution.
