中文摘要: 冰铜品位的稳定性对于铜闪速冶炼生产过程至关重要,然而铜冶炼反应过程机理复杂,也是多变量、强耦合、大滞后的复杂过程。结合金隆铜业有限公司生产实践,主要探讨了精矿配料管理、精矿管理、设备管理和炉况管理等方式来提高冰铜品位的稳定性。
Abstract:The stability of matte grade is of great importance for copper flash smelting production process. However, copper smelting reaction process mechanism is complex, and it is also a complex process due to multiple variables, strong coupling and large lag. Combining with production practice of Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd., the approaches to improve stability of matte grade, such as concentrate batching management, concentrate management, equipment management and furnace practice management, are mainly discussed.
