中文摘要: 针对转炉缓冷渣中存在的单质铜在泡沫浮选过程导致原矿浆易沉槽、难以回收等问题,开展了转炉缓冷渣的化学成分、矿物组成、金属铜的赋存状态和嵌布粒度等工艺矿物学特征研究。通过分析转炉缓冷渣中单质铜的生成机理及铜物相分布规律,制定了合理的回收工艺,有效降低了浮选尾矿中金属铜的含量,提高了铜冶炼炉渣泡沫浮选过程金属铜的回收率。
Abstract:Address to easy sinking and difficult recovery of elemental copper in the process of flotation of converter slow-cooling slag, the chemical composition, mineral composition, occurrence state of metallic copper and particle size of the embedded copper in the converter slow-cooling slag were studied. By analyzing the formation mechanism of elemental copper in the converter slow-cooling slag and the distribution of copper phases, a reasonable recovery process was formulated, which effectively reduced the content of metallic copper in the flotation tailings and improved the recovery rate of metal copper in the foam flotation process of copper smelting slag.
