氧化矿添加下铜闪速熔炼过程热力学仿真分析

中文摘要: 针对氧化矿添加下铜闪速熔炼过程特性变化不明的难题,采用构建的铜闪速熔炼过程多相平衡热力学模型及计算系统,考察氧化铜精矿添加率和组分含量对主要技术指标、产物组分含量以及过程热量控制等的影响。结果表明,适量添加氧化铜精矿可有效提升铜锍品位,减少高熔点炉渣生成,但过量添加会导致能耗增加和炉况恶化。综合分析后,建议控制添加率在8%左右,同时入炉添加氧化铜精矿组分含量控制在合适范围,如Cu品位高于25%,FeO含量大于5%,S含量小于0.9%,SiO2含量低于30%,从而确保良好产品质量和主要技术指标。
Abstract:Aiming at the difficult problem that the characteristic change of copper flash smelting process with the addition of oxide ore is unknown, the multi-phase equilibrium thermodynamic model and calculation system of copper flash melting process were constructed to investigate the influence of copper oxide concentrate addition rate and component content on the main technical indicators, product component content and process heat control. The results show that proper addition of copper oxide concentrate can effectively improve the copper matte grade and reduce the formation of high melting point slag, but excessive addition will lead to increased energy consumption and deterioration of furnace condition. After comprehensive analysis, it is recommended to control the addition rate of about 8%, while the furnace added copper oxide concentrate component content control in the appropriate range, such as Cu grade higher than 25%, FeO content greater than 5%, S content less than 0.9%, and SiO2 content less than 30%, so as to ensure good product quality and main technical indicators.
