Abstract:The transformation of direct discharge of flash furnace slag in Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd., and its production practice was deeply discussed. Firstly, it focuses on the furnace body transformation before the demolition of the flash furnace electric furnace, the background, purpose and specific measures of the transformation were expounded, and the potential impact of the transformation on furnace body performance and production efficiency was analyzed. At the same time, the adjustment of the production organization mode after the transformation and its positive impacts on production efficiency, product quality, energy consumption and other aspects were analyzed. Through process transformation and management optimization, the company has achieved the dual goals of energy saving, cost reduction and environmental improvement, which meets the requirements of the "dual carbon" policy.
