Abstract:The process optimization and intelligent application of double flash process in Hongsheng Copper smelter was introduced. The anode scrap treatment process was compared, and a new route was chosen between the flash converting furnace after shredding and the anode furnace. The precise denitration of flue gas, the application of domestic low-temperature thermostatic device and the enlargement of anode furnace were introduced. The application of three-dimensional design, intelligent equipment, integrated telecommunication system, plant-wide control integration and intelligent center in intelligence were introduced. The future intelligent development direction of the factory in the future is prospected.
