      本文针对某锌精矿焙砂中性浸出渣进行低酸浸出-矿浆絮凝沉降工艺试验研究,详细研究了浸出时间、浸出液固比、浸出温度对中性浸出渣低酸浸出和低酸浸出矿浆絮凝沉降的影响。为了模拟工业生产,采用中浸底流与废电解液进行了低酸浸出试验研究,获得了最佳低酸浸出工艺参数。

      In this paper, the low acid leaching test of neutral leaching residue and and flocculation and settling test of low acid leaching slurry was carried out.The effects of leaching time, leaching solid ratio, leaching temperature on the low acid leaching and settling were studied in detail.In order to simulate industrial production, low acid leaching experiments were carried out with neutral leaching bottom flow and waste electrolyte.At last, the optimal leaching process parameters were obtained.
